Preserve a memory.

Make a lost tooth or lock of hair of a loved one (pets included) part of a necklace or keychain to carry with you always.

Or let us create an ornamental treasure.

All keepsake pieces will be permanently embedded in a resin pendant to become part of a necklace or keychain, or within an ornament.

Inquire about other embellishments to include in the finished keepsake design, along with resin colours.

Prices start at $35.

    Keepsake Item/Embellishments

    Cynfull Arts reserves the right to refuse product creation for any 'keepsake item' or 'embellishment' submitted that is deemed offensive, illegal, indistinguishable, questionable, or otherwise unfit for the product creation process. Other unacceptable items include but are not limited to deceased animals, insects, fish, etc. The customer will be contacted to make arrangements to return the item(s) at their expense (COD/deducted from refund), or to obtain written permission to dispose of it/them. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at 80% of purchase price, less expenses incurred to return or dispose of the 'keepsake item' and/or 'embellishments'. All decisions are final.

    Loss or Damage

    Cynfull Arts is not responsible for:

    Loss or damage in transit of the keepsake item (and/or embellishments) to Cynfull Arts for product creation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) are properly packaged to offer the best protection possible. Use of Registered Mail, Xpress Post, or other parcel delivery services provided by the local postal service which supplies tracking and proof of delivery is highly recommended.

    Loss or damage in the product creation process that is beyond the control of Cynfull Arts. Please be assured your keepsake (including embellishments if applicable) will be handled with the utmost care and respect. However, unforeseen circumstances can happen. Should an unfortunate event occur, the customer will be contacted to explain the situation, and offer alternatives if available, including partial or full refund.

    Loss or damage in shipping the finished item back to the customer. The item will be returned using Registered Mail, Xpress Post, or similar parcel delivery service offered by Canada Post and a tracking number will be provided.
