Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times as follows are estimates only,
- Canada: 2 - 14 business days
- USA: 5 - 21 business days
Tracking numbers, where provided, can be used to monitor your shipment through Canada Post.
Delays can be expected during peak seasons, inclement weather and labour unrest. These conditions are beyond the control of Cynfull Arts and we cannot be held responsible.
Shipping Options/Charges
Shipping options, depending on item(s) and quantity(ies) ordered, will be provided at cart and applicable costs added separately to your order. Please note not all shipping options are available for all products and destinations.
- Lettermail - flat rate based on size and thickness of envelope and contents. Insurance and tracking not available.
- Registered Mail - flat rate across Canada. Tracking number will be provided. Package is insured.
- Expedited Parcel - Canada Post 'live rates' including our bulk mail discount and a modest markup for handling. Tracking number will be provided. Package is insured.
- Tracked Packet (US) - Canada Post 'live rates' including our bulk mail discount and a modest markup for handling. Tracking number will be provided. Package is insured.
Loss or Damage in Transit (Registered Mail/Expedited Parcel/Tracked Parcel Services Only)
In the event of loss or damaged item(s) in transit, Cynfull Arts must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of damaged item(s), or 5 business days after expected delivery date where proof of delivery is not available.
For damaged item(s), please reply to your 'Order Completed' email and include clear picture(s) of the item(s) and all packaging where damages are being claimed.
Cynfull Arts, at its discretion, will remake and replace the item(s) free of charge, or refund the purchase price of the item(s). The decision of Cynfull Arts will be final. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Loss or Damage in Transit (Lettermail)
Cynfull Arts is not responsible for loss or damage for items shipped by Lettermail. Selection of this shipping option is at the buyer's risk.
